Mixing Contest: David Crosby

"David Crosby's 'Lighthouse' Is His Finest Since the Seventies" - Rolling Stone
David Crosby's new album "Lighthouse" is his most intimate and revealing record yet. Co-written with Michael League from Snarky Puppy, who also produced the album, the album is a soft, dreamlike affair with delicate folk and jazz influences.
The album was co-produced, recorded and mixed by Grammy winner Fab Dupont and you can see how he transformed these stems into the mix on the record in his new pureMix tutorial video.
Your mission with these stems is to be mindful of the pristine sonics and enhance the emotion and message of Crosby's heartfelt song. Just as Fab describes in his tutorial, his goal was to give the listener the feeling that David is sitting in the room with you, playing and singing his heart out.

Feedback from Fab Dupont:
"Isaac’s mix really captures the spirit of the recording session and the intention of the production. Great control, no apparent/distracting tricks, no artifacts and good definition on all tracks made his mix a clear winner for this contest."
