This was a very well recorded session with a clear mission from the producer. The trick was to not get lost in the process, keep your ego in check and make sure the original idea was preserved. John did a great job at enhancing all the tones and realising the vision of the producer without going out on a limb. Also his mix was the fattest of the well balanced ones. Well done.
